Description

Mizutoriki Dainisho Miyamanishiki Ginjo is the second expression in the Mizutoriki series from Kakuboshi Co., Ltd, brewed in Miyagi using Miyamanishiki rice. Miyamanishiki, developed in Nagano but widely adopted across Japan's colder regions, lends itself to the clean, crisp style of ginjo brewing, with a small amount of brewer's alcohol added according to the ginjo classification standard.
