Description
Miyanomatsu Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri is a pure rice ginjo sake from Matsuoshuzojo in Saga Prefecture that is collected as the first free-run liquid emerging from the pressing process, known as arabashiri. This initial flow of sake before mechanical pressure is applied carries a bold, raw energy, with pronounced flavors and sometimes a slightly turbid appearance from residual rice particles. The ginjo-grade rice polishing and Saga's soft water create the foundation for this characterful, unrestrained expression.
