Description
Miyanomatsu Tokubetsuhonjozo Arabashiri is a specially designated honjozo sake from Matsuoshuzojo in Saga, collected as arabashiri, the first free-run liquid from the press that delivers a vivid, unrestrained character. The honjozo classification allows for a small addition of distilled alcohol, which in this arabashiri context serves to capture and lift the fresh, bold aromatics of the first-run liquid. Saga's soft water and Kyushu brewing tradition underpin the clean yet assertive profile of this early-run expression.
