Imanishi Shuzo

Nara
Founded in 1660 in Nara and Miwa, where the god of sake calms down. Since ancient times, it has been worshiped as "god of sake" and "brewing ancestral god". We are working hard on sake brewing under the knees of Japan's oldest shrine and Ogami Shrine. The concept of sake brewing is "Drink a tricycle". The prepared water uses the underground water of Miwayama, the shrine that springs out of the Kuraiuchi well. I am proud and joyful that I can make sake in a unusual liquor sacred place in the world. We will continue to brew sake that expresses three wheels.
