Mimurosugi Natsujun Yamada Nishiki Nama - Junmai sake from Imanishi Shuzo, Nara
Description

The scent is light, like young melons and muscats. You can also feel the element of refreshing acid in the back. The mouthfeel is very fresh, with refreshing sweetness and fresh acidity. And the light and bouncy umami is intertwined to create a refreshing and vivid taste. The aftertaste is refreshing like a clear stream, and it has a summery taste.

Imanishi Shuzo

Nara
Founded in 1660 in Nara and Miwa, where the god of sake calms down. Since ancient times, it has been worshiped as "god of sake" and "brewing ancestral god". We are working hard on sake brewing under the knees of Japan's oldest shrine and Ogami Shrine. The concept of sake brewing is "Drink a tricycle". The prepared water uses the underground water of Miwayama, the shrine that springs out of the Kuraiuchi well. I am proud and joyful that I can make sake in a unusual liquor sacred place in the world. We will continue to brew sake that expresses three wheels.
