Released as a seasonal first-press honjozo from Matsuoka Brewing in Saitama's Ogawa Town, this fresh expression at 70% polishing is brewed with mineral-rich groundwater from 130 meters below the kura. The brewery, founded in 1851, coaxes a lively, fresh-press character with clean fragrance through low-temperature fermentation.
