Description
Named the sake originally reserved for company presidents after winning acclaim at internal judging events, this ginjo is polished to 60% and brewed with the hard Chichibu-origin limestone groundwater that defines the Mikadomatsu house style. It presents a well-balanced aroma with harmonious acidity and umami in the ginjo tradition.
