Description

Michizakura Junmai Binnainijihakko ('in-bottle secondary fermentation') is a naturally sparkling junmai from Michizakura Shuzo in Hokkaido. Secondary fermentation in the sealed bottle creates fine, natural bubbles and a softly effervescent texture, amplifying the delicate flavors of Hokkaido-grown sake rice and Taisetsu snowmelt water. A festive, refreshing sake that bridges tradition and innovation.

Since its founding in Meiji 10, it has been protecting it straightforwardly. In the 143rd year, I moved the place of sake brewing from Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture to Higashikawa -cho, Hokkaido, Only this brewing posture does not change.
