Named after the founding brewer's original merchant house, this ginjo from Yaohonten uses Miyama Nishiki rice polished to 55%. Brewed with soft water from the Arakawa headwaters in the Chichibu mountains, it presents a pleasant sweetness with a refreshing, light-bodied character.
