Makkoushoubu Tokubetsu Junmaishu is brewed with Tsunetoyo (Tsuneyutaka) rice, a local Ibaraki variety revived from seed stock held at Kyushu University. Polished to 55%, it offers elegant understated aromas and a smooth, clean rice character with a refreshing finish consistent with the brewery's quality-first approach.
