Makihata Daiginjyou Tennyoraberu

🍶
Description

Makihata's daiginjo, labeled with a celestial nymph (tennyo), is the flagship expression from Takachiyo Shuzo named for the 1,967-meter Makihata Mountain in Niigata's Southern Alps. Brewed with contract-grown Ipponjime rice and the mountain's soft underground spring water, it offers a smooth, clean umami and a lingering, refined finish.
