After brewing in 2015, it is a bottle storage and aging at a sake brewery. It is tasty and has a good drink with Nobu Jun. It is a highly recommended liquor for aged sake lovers. The specially cultivated rice "Koshihikari from Fukui Prefecture" is brewed with 50 % polishing rice, and it is still a liquor that is still looking forward to aging. It is also recommended for rock, cold and hot sake.
