Description

Yamada Nishiki junmai ginjo pressed without pressure, then stored undiluted in ice-cold one-sho bottles for aging. The no-pressure pressing preserves only naturally flowing liquid, resulting in a vivid, multi-layered sake that is kept at sub-zero temperatures until release.

Hold the warehouse between the foot of Mt. Nasu and the foot of Mt. We are drinking alcohol carefully by relying on the cold air of lowering the mountains. We aim for a true "local sake", a sake brewery rooted in the area.
