Kyokujo (rising castle) Junmai Daiginjo is Aizawa Shuzo's flagship no-added-alcohol daiginjo, polished to 50% or beyond for an expression of refined grain character and aromatic elegance. Soft snowmelt water from the Nasu Highlands underpins a silky texture, with clean stone fruit notes and a precise, long-lingering finish.
