Brewed at one of Kyoto's few remaining inner-city kura, this junmai at 65% polishing uses soft water drawn from the Kamo River basin to create a round, lightly grainy flavor with a clean, understated finish. Polished at 65% alcohol 14%, it suits both cold service and gentle warming.
