Produced under a joint Kyoto Brewers Association label with sales supporting the volunteer group dedicated to preserving the Kamo River, this junmai uses carefully selected Kyoto sake rice polished to 65%. A portion of proceeds from each bottle contributes directly to river conservation efforts in the ancient capital.

The rich natural sake brewery surrounded by the Higashiyama Thirty Peak and Kamogawa has a Kyoto Imperial Palace, Shimogamo Shrine, and Mt. After a long holiday due to the effects of underground construction, the brewery will be revived in 2009, and the brewery will be drunk with several brewers. We do not perform aggressive sales or sales. Our sake is a delicious and delicious liquor that maximizes the “rice flavor” of sweet and sour, which is not only for fragrance or dry.
