Produced under a joint Kyoto Brewers Association label with sales supporting the volunteer group dedicated to preserving the Kamo River, this junmai uses carefully selected Kyoto sake rice polished to 65%. A portion of proceeds from each bottle contributes directly to river conservation efforts in the ancient capital.

The rich natural sake brewery surrounded by the Higashiyama Thirty Peak and Kamogawa has a Kyoto Imperial Palace, Shimogamo Shrine, and Mt.
After a long holiday due to the effects of underground construction, the brewery will be revived in 2009, and the brewery will be drunk with several brewers.
