Tochigi City, located in the northern part of the Kanto region, flourished as a commercial capital in the Edo period by boat transportation with Edo, and laid its current foundation. Even now, there is a storehouse along the river, and the store is lined up in the town, and the atmosphere is called "Koedo". In Tochigi City, where such a history and culture have been nurtured, Kita -Seiri Sake Brewery makes sake.
