Kuradashiichiban is a junmai ginjo genshu (undiluted) bottled as the first draw of the season from Tanzan Shuzo in Kyoto's Arashiyama region, polished to 60% with organic self-cultivated Yamada Nishiki. The kurashi ichiban (first from the cellar) designation captures the unprocessed, high-concentration aromatics of the first pressing, made by a female-led brewery committed to organic rice cultivation.
