Wakanami Sake Brewery Inc.

Fukuoka
"Keeping young waves like Jiro Chikushi." The magnificent Chikugawa River (Chikushi Jiro) in Kyushu is right next to the warehouse. The technology of the carpenter who repairs the ship that goes to the Chikugo River has created a town that boasts the best furniture production in Japan. Fukuoka Prefecture, Okawa City, Wakaba Sake Brewery was born in such a place. "Taste push waves / lingering lingering waves" Like the Golden River of the Chikugo River shining in the sunset. The taste rushes, and it is refreshing quickly. Wakaba Sake Brewery liquor expresses such various "waves". "Brew alcohol, brew people, and create culture." Wakaba Sake Brewery fosters craftsmanship and heart through sake brewing, and acts as the activity of the region and the inheritance of Japanese culture. Like Aomi Wave, where this technique and culture last May Chiyo continue to Yachiyo.
