Description
When chilled, you can enjoy the characteristic sharpness and gentle acidity of 'Senjo,' while at room temperature, it offers a velvety mouthfeel and richness. Its depth of flavor makes it a great choice not only for savoring as the main drink but also for pairing with seasonal vegetables like eggplants and sweet potatoes that come into their prime in autumn, as well as with elegant, flavorful seafood and meats such as autumn salmon.

Asahi-Shuzo Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd
Nigata
Founded in 1830 (Tenpo) in Asahi, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, where paddy fields and satoyama spread. Over 180 years, the soft water of the clear underwater vein flowing through the grounds of the founding area, the high -quality sake rice growing while repeated research with local farmers, and the wisdom and basic research inherited by Mr. Mori Koshiji. We continue to make sincere sake brewing that is particular about Niigata.
All of the quality and customer -oriented in all. That is the policy of Asahi Sake Brewery.
