Description
Kokusanichi is a sake from Kokusanshuzou in Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan's most storied brewing regions and home to the famous Nada district. The name, meaning domestic number one, reflects pride in Japanese rice and brewing tradition. Hyogo's soft and hard water sources and abundant Yamadanishiki cultivation make it a natural home for quality sake production.
