Hatsusakura Namagenshu Tarekuchi is a direct-draw unpasteurized genshu from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, collected as the first free-run liquid dripping from the press before any pressing pressure is applied. This tarekuchi method yields an exceptionally fresh and aromatic sake with concentrated umami and a raw, uncompromised richness.

Our company is located on the banks of the Kinokawa, which is familiar in the novel of Ariyoshi Koyama, designated as a World Heritage Site, and is said to have carried a sake barrel on the back of the horse to Mt. Koyasan. Hannya -yu is a liquor that is drunk at the temple. Junmai Ginjo Koyasan "Saint" Hanwakayu is a "special Koyasan local sake" made in the underground water at the foot of Koyasan, which was designated as a World Heritage Site in July 2004.
