Hatsusakura Kasen is a specialty release from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, the last remaining producer of the historic Kishu Kawakami sake tradition. Drawing on well water from the Izumi-Katsuragi mountain system, it follows the brewery's handcrafted approach dating to 1866 and is designed for everyday enjoyment with food.
