Description

Hatsusakura Genshu is an undiluted sake from Hatsusakura Brewery in Katsuragi Town, Wakayama, bottled at natural pressing strength without water addition. Made with locally grown rice and spring water from the Izumi-Katsuragi mountains, it offers a fuller body and more concentrated flavor compared to the brewery's standard expressions, carrying the character of traditional Kishu Kawakami sake.

Junmai Ginjo Koyasan "Saint" Hanwakayu is a "special Koyasan local sake" made in the underground water at the foot of Koyasan, which was designated as a World Heritage Site in July 2004.
