Yumesansui rice polished to 50% forms this daiginjo from Kintora in Nagoya, Aichi, named for the Nagoya Castle Honmaru Palace restoration project the brewery has supported since 1991. Winner of the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020 Best Gold, it presents a floral, graceful aroma and a sleek, smooth palate.
