Kinshi Ginkaku Kinshikomokaburi is a honjozo from Kinshimasamune in Fushimi, Kyoto, wrapped in traditional komo straw matting in the style historically used to protect sake barrels. This presentation links the sake to the brewery's long history in the Fushimi brewing district, where the Kyoto-style brewing tradition has been maintained since 1781.
