Polished to 55%, this junmai ginjo is produced at a Saitama brewery founded in 1894 that uses subterranean water fed by the Chichibu mountain range. The brewery is best known for its Bunraku brand, which holds multiple National New Sake Competition gold medals and has been exported to more than 20 countries.
