Kikunihon is the signature sake from Miyake Syuzo in Kasai, Hyogo Prefecture, a brewery with roots dating to 1819 in the heartland of Yamada Nishiki cultivation. Drawing on the Manganji River's groundwater and locally grown rice, this sake reflects the terroir of Kita-Harima with a clean, honest character.
