
Yamada Nishiki, a carefully selected rice suitable for sake brewing, is polished to 55%. Everything is handmade by the brewer and brewed through slow fermentation at low temperatures. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle roundness and a ginjo aroma. This Junmai Ginjo sake is perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to your meal.
