Description

Named for the snowmelt of Shinshu (Nagano), this Keiryu Junmai Namachozo is brewed as mountain snows begin to thaw and fresh meltwater enriches Endo Shuzojo's supply in Suzaka, stored unpasteurized in the cold cellar and released with all its vibrant seasonal character intact. Reflecting over 160 years of brewing at this 1864-founded brewery, it captures the purity of Nagano's spring snowmelt in every bottle.
