Description
Keiryu Namachozoshu is stored throughout its aging period without pasteurization, kept cold at Endo Shuzojo's Suzaka, Nagano, cellar to preserve the fresh vitality of raw sake while allowing subtle maturation to develop. Brewed with Shinshu mountain spring water by a brewery active since 1864, it bridges the immediacy of namazake and the quiet depth of aged sake in a single expression.
