Keiryu Junkiniri is a specially packaged sake from Endo Shuzo in Nagano, brewed with ultra-soft spring water from Mount Nekodake. The Keiryu lineup draws on rice-forward umami and the stream-like smoothness that has defined this brand since the brewery's founding in 1864 as the official sake supplier to the Suzaka domain.
