A non-sale (hibaihin) daiginjo produced by Endo Shuzojo for occasions beyond the commercial lineup, this Keiryu expression is pressed using the fukurozuri drip-bag method and represents the toji's personal benchmark for quality at this 1864-founded Suzaka, Nagano brewery. Made with premium sake rice and Shinshu mountain spring water, it captures the pinnacle of what Keiryu's craft can produce outside the pressures of commercial release.
