Keiryu Akigin is an autumn-release ginjo from Endo Shuzo in Nagano's Suzaka City, brewed with ultra-soft spring water drawn from the slopes of Mount Nekodake. The Keiryu style aims for a sake that flows smoothly through the palate, with a full but balanced body and a lingering fragrance.
