Description
Keichokoban Junmai Ginjo is a junmai ginjo from Tsukino Katsura (Masuda Tokubei Shoten) in Kyoto's historic Fushimi brewing district, where soft water known as Fushimizu has shaped the region's elegant, smooth style for centuries. This sake pairs polished rice with traditional Fushimi craftsmanship, producing graceful fruity notes and a silky mouthfeel.
