Kawanakajima Genbu Doroppukorekushon Junmai Daiginjo Shizukuatsumetobinkakoi

🍶
Description

A shizuku-collected junmai daiginjo from Shusen Kurano in Nagano, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% and gathered drop by drop into a tobin cask. The brewery, founded in 1540 and steered by female toji Mariko Chino, is the oldest in Nagano, and this limited expression offers concentrated, ripe sweetness, a subtle fruity aroma, and a light bitter note in the finish.
