Description

A limited daiginjo under the Kanae label from Shinshu Meijo, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and using 100% Wadatoge obsidian water. Tasting notes describe a fresh bamboo and green apple aroma with tropical pineapple undertones, an elegant mouthfeel, and a clean finish. Kanae is distributed exclusively through a small vetted network of specialty retailers.
