Kaminoizumi Genshu

Kaminoizumi Genshu is an undiluted sake bottled at full brewing strength from Toa Shuzo in Saitama. The nama-spring-named Kaminoizumi brand draws on a deep underground water source in the Kanto plains; the genshu bottling at approximately 18 to 19% alcohol preserves the concentrated, robust character of the undiluted sake.
