Kaishuichi Junmaishu is a pure rice sake from the 1643-founded brewery in Aizu Wakamatsu, Fukushima, brewed in line with the brewery's focus on local Fukushima ingredients and traditional techniques. Small-batch production in one of Japan's smallest brewery spaces gives each bottling a handcrafted character and close attention to rice expression.
