Description

Named in honor of the wife of the Kaga domain lord Maeda Toshiie, this daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and is brewed at Yachiya Shuzo in Kanazawa using soft, slightly acidic water from the Iozan mountain system. The sake offers a fruity aromatic character with a gentle acidity and a smooth, mellow palate.
