Sake Musashi polished to 50% is used for this daiginjo, making it one of the earliest commercial daiginjo releases using this Saitama-original rice variety. The 2019 National New Sake Competition awarded the Sake Musashi daiginjo from this Kawagoe brewery a gold medal, recognizing its rich, full-bodied ginjo aroma and concentrated flavor.
