Jyunsei Hyogoyumenishiki Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo is Fukunishiki's premium kimoto expression, polished to daiginjo standards from Hyogo Kita Nishiki rice native to Banshu. Founded in 1839 in Kasai, the brewery specializes in the traditional kimoto starter method across its entire Jyunsei lineup.
