Junmai brewed by Houretu Shuzo in Kochi, Okayama Prefecture's Takahashi city, under the Sakura label named after the Sakura Houretu brand's association with the Sanriku domain lord Ikeda Mitsumasa. The brewery uses mineral-rich spring water from the Ukan River as the brewing water, and a veteran toji with over 44 years of experience oversees production.

Founded in 1923. The representative brand, Yoshinori Sakura (Ohoretsu), named the Okayama clan third lord Mitsumasa Ikeda, the third lord of the Okayama clan, and named the cherry blossom on the name "Yoshitsu" at the time of his death.
Tori, who has a top -notch technology, is made in the underground water of the Kanan River, which contains abundant rice and minerals in Okayama.
