Junmaishu Ugonotsuki KureMikimaihattannishiki - Junmai sake from Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd., Hiroshima
Description

In the year of his debut, it is a community -based pure rice sake that suddenly won the third place in SAKE Competition2017. Originally, Kure farmers only increased due to lack of successors. Therefore, we started making sake rice with a thriving sake brewing in Kure. Although it was not a very difficult hardship to make sake rice, it became a wonderful rice. It was named "Miki Kure", which lit hope for the future of Kure. Using the rice, it is "THE Kure's Junmai Sake" brewed by Kure's sake brewery in Wu's water.

Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd.

Hiroshima
Aihara Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) in Ninata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which flourished as a brewing town. I can't make a lot. I always thought about how to taste it rather than it would take more time than to make it easier, and chose to be a small sake brewery to aim for further up. "Moon after the rain" is a brand that imagined the month that lightly illuminates the night sky after the rain. We are aiming for alcohol with "elegant, depressed, transparent feeling". The three warehouses are to use the best raw materials that brew all items in Daiginjo, store all items refrigerated. The luxurious lineup of sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki, Aiyama, and Omachi, Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture, is a flagship product of the storehouse. The prepared water is clean underwater from the Seto Inland Sea National Park, Mt. Noro. Mori is Atsushi Horimoto, who has developed the flow of Hiroshima Tori, who developed the soft water brewing method. We will continue to pursue alcohol that we think is delicious.
