프레시하고 풍부한 과실향과 적당한 단맛, 무로카나마겐슈임을 증명하듯이 올라오는 미탄산. 무로카나마겐슈 좋아하시는분들이라면 꼭 드셔보시길.

Aihara Shuzo Co., Ltd.
Hiroshima
Aihara Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) in Ninata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which flourished as a brewing town.
I can't make a lot. I always thought about how to taste it rather than it would take more time than to make it easier, and chose to be a small sake brewery to aim for further up.
"Moon after the rain" is a brand that imagined the month that lightly illuminates the night sky after the rain. We are aiming for alcohol with "elegant, depressed, transparent feeling".
The three warehouses are to use the best raw materials that brew all items in Daiginjo, store all items refrigerated.
The luxurious lineup of sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki, Aiyama, and Omachi, Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture, is a flagship product of the storehouse.
The prepared water is clean underwater from the Seto Inland Sea National Park, Mt. Noro. Mori is Atsushi Horimoto, who has developed the flow of Hiroshima Tori, who developed the soft water brewing method.
We will continue to pursue alcohol that we think is delicious.
