Description

A junmai under the Issho Koufuku label from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, brewed with locally sourced Yamagata rice polished to 65%. Designed as a versatile table sake, it has a clean, unassertive character with restrained aroma, rice umami, and a gently dry finish. The low-assertive style allows it to pair broadly with food without dominating.

Congratulations on water, green and flower town, happy life for a lifetime. It is easy to get familiar with the joy of happy and joy to carry, and I try to bring out dignified sake.
