Junmairokuwarigobu banshu Yamadanishiki - Junmai sake from Nakashima Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd, Gifu
Description

In the past, it was a sake quality that enjoyed aged incense together, but we made a minor change. The balance between calm and fragrance, depth and acid, and acid with a good balance of bunanas and Japanese pears. It has been reborn as a "clear spicy" type that tastes and easy to drink. Warm is also recommended.
