Kami no Ho rice, Mie Prefecture's original sake variety, is fermented with the local MK-3 yeast to produce this junmai namagenshu from Ota Daita Shuzo's Iga facility. Bottled without pasteurization, it shows a vibrant, fruity aroma and rich, harmonized sweetness and acidity.
