Hakurei Brewing Co., Ltd.
Kyoto
The traditional sake brewery "Hakuray Sake Brewery", which has been around since Tempo 3rd year, has a thorough sake brewing that values harmony between rice, water and people.
We are particular about better rice with local farmers, and use the water from the Fudo Waterfall that flows to the hillside of Yuragatake in the Oezan Mountain Range "Yuragatake" in front of you.
Although it is a water quality of ultra -soft water, it is a mysterious water that can be freely brewed with sweet sake and dry sake, and is the starting point of Shiramine's sake brewing.
Sake made from sticking ingredients is made by the handle of the brewer in a traditional brewing method. We continue to inherit the brewing method that has been inherited since its founding.
