Mantensei is the flagship junmai ginjo of Suwa Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1859 in Tottori's Chizu-cho and committed exclusively to pure rice brewing. Made from Yamada Nishiki (25%) and Tama Sakae (75%) polished to 50%, it is aged for approximately two years before release, producing a soft, full-flavored umami-rich palate with clean finish drawn from ultra-soft Chiyogawa River water.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work. The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store. The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
